Returns & Exchanges

At Hemp Cookies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn garments with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items in their secure packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
